In consideration of publication in the Official Gazette of December 29, 2010 Decree Law, No 225 (cd "Milleproroghe") and the failure to amend the existing legislation, it is noted that the tariffs under MD February 19, 2007 are recognized only to those who have concluded their work to implement the system within 31 December 2010 and have given notice, by the same date, December 31, 2010, the GSE, attaching the affidavit the engineer.
